Hi, as the title states. When I click on help there is no option to manage/activate license.

It'd be great if someone could help me please.

Hi, that menu item is not available in versions downloaded form the Mac App Store. If you're on Mac and you bought a license number form our webshop, please install the Mac version of EarMaster that is available from our website. You will find the download link in your purchase confirmation email.

Hi, I did download it from the email link. But I've uninstalled and reinstalled and was able to enter my serial key. But now I'm having other problems. I've made a new thread about it.

I did contact support and they have not responded to this ticket, or the last one I submitted regarding another issue weeks ago.

Is this product still being supported?

We answer absolutely ALL support emails within 24 hours (except weekends). Have you checked your spam folder?

License management options will often be located in your personal account, user profile, or settings rather than in a generic "Help" section. Look for these on the website of your software/service provider.

New versions of macOS may restrict app access to certain functions without proper permissions.

I think the problem comes from using the App Store version, since that one can’t be unlocked with a license key. You should try downloading the installer directly from the EarMaster email or their website, then activate it there. If it still doesn’t work, maybe reinstall and check your system permissions.

Hey George, that's definitely frustrating! I haven't seen that specific issue before, but sometimes the help menus can be a little quirky. Have you tried completely closing the application and restarting it? Sometimes a fresh boot can nudge things back into place. Maybe even check for any available updates? If that fails, you might want to search for similar issues online – it's surprising what you can find. It's almost like trying to overcome obstacles in the Dinosaur Game to get to the next level. I hope you find a solution soon!
