Where is serial number on online downlaod?

I brought the internet download version of earmaster 5 and can not find the serial number anywhere?where will this be so i can enter it!!

We have had difficulties sending your serial number. Our e-mail is constantly rejected by your e-mail account provider, no matter which outgoing server we're using.
Please write to us and provide us with another e-mail address so that your serial number can come through.

We received your 2 e-mail addresses and sent the serial to both right away.
Remember to check your spam folder (e-mails with html codes often end there).
