Hi, I just joined E.M. today.8-) I think I'm going to practice an hour and 30 minutes a day. Would it best to do it all at once or break it up in to 30 min. sections and do those at different times. Can't wait to start the journey for perfect ears. Thanks!

Hi and welcome!

1h30 seems like a lot :D. 20 minutes a day should be more than enough as long as you train on a regular basis, every day or every second day.

But if you really want to try training for 1h30, I definitely think that it's a good idea to break it up into shorter sessions, so that you don't 'saturate' your ears and enable them to reset.

Cool, I think I'll go with an hour split into three 20 min. sessions. :pirate: Thanks!
