how can i create an exercise that will play only one tone at a time of the white keyboard for me to guess it?

Hi,
In the training wizard, select "Customized Exercise" and "Melodic Dictation".

Set up the exericse so that it only plays one tone from the Major (Ionian) scale.

Hey yes, thank you very much. And i also want to remove the "Staff" but it can't be removed.

No, it can't because it is still a melodic dictation exercise, which implies that normally there should be several tones to insert on the visual interface and placed in chronological order, and this can of course only be visualized on a staff, not on the available instruments. But you can still have the other interfaces on.
