Hello.I would like to know what happens if i buy ear master via internet and for some reason i lose it(because of a format for example).How am i able to get it again?

Hello George,

All internet purchases from our website are registered automatically. So if you need to re-install EarMaster at some point, all you need to do is to contact us and ask for your serial number. In a couple of weeks, we will also offer an automatic serial number retrieval tool so that you can receive your serial number again by e-mail.

If you buy EarMaster from a dealer, you will need to register your license at our website: http://www.earmaster.com/register/ if you want to be able to get it back from us.

I had bad experience with windows os. After three installation was impossible to reinstall, so now my question is, how many times I will be able to reinstall earmaster? Then, I will be stuck for two weeks without exercise while I'm waiting for the new serial?

You can re-install as many times as necessary, you don't have to worry about that.

If you lose your serial number now, the way to recover it is to write an e-mail to us with your name, and the e-mail address you used to register/buy the program.
