My Earmaster has diasappeared from my computer
I purchased Earmaster Pro several years ago. It has recently disappeared from my computer. I had gotten a message about registering the license, which I thought was nonsense, since I'd had it for several years already, so I ignored it, and now it's gone. I cannot afford to purchase this program again, and I don't feel I should have to, since I did once already. How can I get it back?
Hello,
The program is not just erasing itself .
Registration is stricktly a matter of letting us keep a record of your serial number for safekeeping for free (which isn't very common nowadays...). It has no influence whatsoever on your use/installation of the program.
If you bought the program from our webshop, we have a record of your serial number. If you bought it from a dealer and haven't registered, you will find your serial number on the program's manual or box.
In doubt, please write to our support address.
Regards,
Quentin

I purchased the program online, If you can lookup the serial number for me I would appreciate it. Just tell me what information you need, and I will be happy to provide it.

You should not write your e-mail address and name on a public board. This is like opening a door to spams and use of your personal information by third parties.
Please write to our support address via our contact form and ask us to look you up in our database of registered users: www.earmaster.com/contact.htm
