I bought it. It's not bad, but the lack of flexibility annoys me. There so many little features they could easily add, which would improve the program greatly.
Also the new RSE seems to be incompatible with my very expensive soundcard... grr.
I did not get mine yet. I hope I will not have a problem. The Ver 4 was missing few things that we do when we play but this one.... I'm still waiting the disc. They said it's suppose to be so better than the ver 4
I just got my copy of Guitar Pro 5 too, and I’m really enjoying it so far! I agree that it has improvements over version 4, especially with the interface and the new RSE sounds. I haven’t run into compatibility issues with my soundcard yet, but it’s good to know to check beforehand. Looking forward to exploring all the features more deeply!
