Yes, that's exactly what you can do in EarMaster, among many other things, and actually it's part of the free version: download the app, then go to CUSTOMIZED EXERCISE-->CHORD IDENTIFICATION and pick the chords you want to train with.
In the right-side panel inside the exercise, you can change the way to you're inputting tones via the upper and lower instrument options: piano, guitar, functional keyboard, microphone, notation staff, MIDI Keyboard, etc.
