Hello,
I keep running into the following issue. When I start the exercises in lesson 3.6 "dictée rythmique" (I got the French version, no clue what the translation is) after a couple of exercises I get an "access violation" error, which prevents me from getting any further. I'm playing the free version on an iPad 2 and I have the latest OS version.
Any clue where the issue lies and how to solve it ?
Cheers,
Camille

Bonjour Camille,
Could you please make sure that you have the latest update? To do that, open the App Store app, and go tot he "Updates" tab. This could sound like a bug that has been fixed with the latest update.

Quentin,
Thanks for your reply. I can confirm I do have the latest version - when I asked the question I had had the app for a couple of days at most.
I actually ran into the same "error violation" issue with another lesson a bit later. I found a way around the issue: when it happens, I just open the lesson tab (located at the top of the screen), which, when closed again, allows me to access the question anew. Then I need to repeat the process over and over again, since the issue keeps reappearing afterwards - only in certain lessons, though.
Anyway, this is an annoying issue but I worked my way around it and even bought the beginners pack. Great app!
Will let you know if the issue pops up again in a future lesson.
Cheers,
Camille

Re: Access violation error - beginners 3.6
Glad you're enjoying the app! There's a new update on the way for the iPad version, and there's a very good chance that it will solve that issue. It includes many bug fixes, among which some where an access violation was displayed. So hopefully, you won't need that workaround anymore.
The update is under review at Apple, and should be out in a couple of days.

Good news! I'm glad to read that, especially since I had the same issue yesterday in lesson 11... Will keep an eye on this update release! Thanks Quentin !

Thanks! We got a notification from Apple that the new update is now available, so you will find it in the App Store app on your iPad.
