Terms of subscription

The subscription is renewed automatically each year on the renewal date.
The renewal date of the subscription is defined by the date on which the purchased 1-year period has started, unless agreed otherwise between EarMaster and the customer.
The subscription may be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice prior to the renewal date by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Price adjustments can only occur in connection with the renewal of the subscription period. EarMaster must inform about any such adjustments at least 60 days in advance.
Being an intangible service, EarMaster Subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If exceeding the “maximum number of users”, the admin of the EarMaster Cloud account will be notified by email twice. If the number of users keeps exceeding the limit for more than 30 days, EarMaster may send an invoice corresponding to the exceeding number of users for the rest of the current subscription period.
