Setting of tone range for chord recognition

Post by WickieDerChef »

I am in the unit of recognizing triads. Although I set the range in my config from E3 to E6 for Guitar Instrument and it should show the F key only. But for any reason it shows thf base key as well.
Can this be configured somewhere?

It can be done when using the "Customized Exercise" mode. If you are using the exercise in one of the CHord ID workshops (General or Jazz workshop), then the range is defined by the exercise. Contrary to singing exercises, chord ID, interval ID and scale ID are not controlled by the "Vocal Range" setting in your preferences, they are controlled by an option within the exercise itself. Therefore that option (clef + range) will be available to you when setting up a customized Exercise.
