help please ear master 6 intervals not working

so i went to do my daily exercises on intervals today and ear master only plays one note nothing else and it is sustained wtf happened

Hi,
Which activity was it?
Are you on WIndows or Mac, and which version of the OS are you using?
Notice that with Interval Singing, only the first tone of the interval is played and you have to sing the second one.

Thanks, but I need to know which activity and which version of Mac OSX you are using when the issue you describe happens. That way, I will be able to try to reproduce it on our own computers.

I have the same issue. First beginner activity interval comparison only plays first note on macos. Please help.

I just tested on a Macbook Pro running 18.4, but the software is playing 2 notes for each interval as expected.
Could you please try to make sure that you have the latest update (HELP-->CHECK FOR UPDATES)? If you do, pleas try to reboot your Mac. Maybe the MIDI playback is being used by something else in the system.
