EarMaster keep quitting.

Hi,

I had bought EarMaser Essential just couple a month ago and it was working fine. Today, when i tried to do the exercise it would quit on me every single time at the same place when i click the first new question. I upgraded the
version. I have the key but my computer asked only the first time when i installed EM. Any suggestions.

(Windows PC? Mac? What OS, etc.)

Yes, my bad did not mention, I am using Mac version 10.6.3.

For the Mac version, there are some basic things that may fix your problem:

1) The program must be installed into your Application folder
(some users are trying to run the program from the disk image file instead of installing the program, and this causes the program to crash)

2) If you haven't rebooted your Mac in a very long time, please try to do it and see if the program is running normally again.

3) In Utilities>Disk Utility, please run Verify permissions. If some permissions are broken, you can click on Repair permissions and see if that helps.
