Selecting Root Note in Melodic Dictation

I'm training hard to make progress with melodic training but am finding it difficult- I think this is mainly because despite staying in the key of C the starting note changes. I would prefer it if the first note played is the 'Do'. I know there are options to select 'Movable Do' but I don't think this addresses the issue.
Therefore, is there any way I can insist on the root of the key being the first note. There is an option but it seems to be inactive on melodic dictation. I would then activate all the keys but insist on the first note being the root.

Hi,
This is unfortunately not possible in EarMaster yet. There is no doubt that it would be a great feature, so I guess it will be available in the next version.
