Exercise start from the top

Hi
Im new in this. Is it possible to start an exercise at any given point?

I did 10 min exercise the first day. When I wanted to start day two I had to start all over again instead of starting from where I wanted.

Your progression is always auto-saved. So if your completed lesson 1 of, say interval comparison, the tutor will open at lesson 2 next time you open the program.
