There is actually a topic about EarMaster on LInux in the forum. Try to make a search. There are even screenshots.
If I remember well, the person who started the topic is using EarMaster through Wine and said the program is running fine that way.
We are actually thinking of making a Linux compatible version after the release of the OSX version, but it will depend on several factors, among which the technical difficulty of the programming job. Fortunately, our webmaster is a long-time Linux worshipper, and that should help a lot

there you go. indeed, you need wine. I made a few terminological mistakes (concerning the terminal, for instance) when writing that howto, but it shouldn't be too hard to follow. a bit more sluggish than if you run it natively, but pretty much fully functional.
