Apart form the Beginner's Course, which is the best starting point for beginners, most courses have a theme and offer a progression that increases as you run through the lessons. So it's really up to you which type of training you want to take. Vocal Trainer focuses on voice (singing intervals, scales, vocalises, etc.), Greensleeves teaches you the song Greensleeves, SOlfege Fundamentals teaches you to use Movable-Do Solfege, etc.

You can follow the course numbering as a general guide, starting from the basics and progressing step by step — it’s designed to gradually build your skills.
