Earmaster sometimes seems to have problems with logins of some of my students. One lesson they can log in fine, and the other lesson Earmaster crashes everytime a specific student tries to log in.
The only solution I seem to find is to completely delete the student from Earmaster and then create the account again.
Surely this can't be the best way to deal with this problem? (I lose aal the records of their results because of this)
Any advice?
