Your are an excellent troubleshooter! That is exactly what I did, but I didn't realize I was doing it. I re-ran the exercises just to make sure. Thank you very much. Another "operator error" exposed.

Interval Identification error when unison occurs

Thank you for your reply. I have tried only the interval identification exercise. The problem alway occurs when I use the tutor and when I use customised exercises, and only when a unison answer is required. For example, if a C is played as the question and a C appears on the keyboard and it sounds...

Interval Identification error when unison occurs

Any time a unison answer is required, three notes appear on the keyboard and staff and the program indicates an error, even though I did not enter an answer. I unistalled the program and re-installed it, but the problem persists. Please help.
